Project management

No matter how large or small, each contract awarded to WAES is given its own dedicated, experienced Project Manager.  This Project Manager will take the project from the initial client kick off meeting through to system delivery and also will continue to be responsible for the project through the warranty period.

 

As the single point of contact for the customer the Project Manager will ensure that all customer questions are answered promptly, will ensure that   customer requirements are met in full and will manage the contract in accordance with WAES QA procedures.

 

The management and staff of WAES have extensive experience in the Marine and Offshore HVAC industry and have been involved in the management of many turnkey HVAC projects around the globe including many in the North Sea, Asian and Korean shipyards
